Tasting Notes
Nene Valley Release The Chimps Can 330ml (4.4% ABV): An IPA for everyday drinking. A pale malt base gives a crisp mouthfeel that allows late addition and dry hops to come through with a punchy bitterness and a good deal of hop flavour in such a light beer.
Brewdog Punk GF Bottle 330ml (5.4% ABV): An explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.Allergens
Bellfield Mega City Can 330ml (6.4% ABV): This American IPA balances a robust bitterness with a rich, fruity hop character thanks to a double whammy of bru-1 and citra, which bring punchy, floral aromas with classic citrus and tropical fruits.
Mongozo Pilsner Bottle 330ml (5% ABV): The sweet and refreshing flavour of fresh mangos. It is a light beer with a refreshing, fruity flavour.
Magic Rock Saucery Session IPA Can 330ml (3.9% ABV): Full-favoured, with notes of passionfruit and mango; followed by a well balanced, slightly bitter finish on the tongue.
Estrella Daura Lager Bottle 330ml (5.4% ABV): Daura is a fresh-tasting beer, with a lively acidity. The finish is bitter, as it should be in beer, and long lasting.
Thornbrdige AM:PM Bottle 330ml (4.5% ABV): Bags of tropical fruit aromas, pineapple, tangerine, guava and passion fruit are balanced with a chewy, honeyed malt character.
Greens Pilsner Bottle 330ml (4.5% ABV): A 'classic' Belgian pilsner brewed from natural spring water, barley malt (gluten removed), and selected hops.
Siren Lumina Can 330ml (4.2% ABV): A gluten free, refreshing and very tasty session IPA from Berkshire's Siren Craft Brew. Full of juicy tropical notes and hoppy aromas of mango and pineapple with subtle citrus notes on the soft palate. Balanced with refreshing bitterness on the finish.
Greens Dry Hopped Lager Bottle 330ml (4.0% ABV): It has a delicate elderflower taste, to the point where you could almost mistake it for a fruit beer on first contact. A hoppy finish ends the beer on a citrusy note, thanks to Saaz, Fist Gold and Nelson Sauvin hops lifting this gluten-free lager into a league of its own.
Greens Blond Bottle 330ml (5.0% ABV): Soft, spicy, rich in flavour, strength on nose. Complex bitter/sweet finish.
Brightside Kellerbier Bottle 330ml (4% ABV): Keller is deliciously crisp and refreshing; a classic Helles brewed with Hallertauer Mittelfruh & Blanc hops with mild hop flavours and low bitterness which make it deliciously thirst quenching.
