Our Products
Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm are usually despatched that day. Orders are delivered via Royal Mail using standard First Class post. Postage is free on many items, and all orders over £30 and are sent free Recorded delivery. We also offer the option of choosing Next Day delivery.
Returns: Return postage is at customer's expense, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items: Return postage is refunded for faulty items. We kindly ask that you use standard Royal Mail post to return items and ask Royal Mail for proof of postage. Upon receipt of the return, your postage costs will be refunded. There is no need to return items using recorded or next day services, and only standard postage costs will be refunded if you choose to use these postal options.
