Our Swiss baked meringues are handcrafted in Shropshire using the best quality ingredients available including free range eggs & natural flavours. Baked by us, packed by us. With our indulgent under 100 calories Meringue Bar & Bites we continue to change the way we eat meringue. What’s more, our 100% paper recyclable plastic-free packaging is a world first in confectionery!

The business started in 2009 in Brian and Leanne's kitchen in Shrewsbury, from these humble roots and organic growth we have retained our authenticity and quality to become a much loved and nationally recognised brand.
