    Herby tastes of Skullcap, St John's Wort, and Chamomile are sweetened and lightened with lavender and lemon peel.

    Our Sleep Deep Tea Blend can be infused in boiling water and made into a delicious herbal tea drink.

    Sleep Deep Tea can be made into a herbal drink by infusing the herbs in boiling water. Serving: 1 - 2 teaspoons of dried cut herb per 1 cup of boiling water. Let the tea brew for 15 minutes.
