Being specialists of personalised items, each order is completely bespoke and is handcrafted and because of this, surface and size variations including the spacing and the lining up of letters are to be expected and add to the natural beauty and individuality of being handmade. Please note that due to the item being stamped and not engraved the metal is displaced and therefore some surface markings can occur on the other side although this is reduced where possible. The correct spelling of words to be used for the items are the responsibility of the customer and any mistakes made at the time of ordering and supplied to us, cannot be rectified once we have started working on your jewellery, any mistakes made by us will be replaced and despatched within 3 working days of us being made aware of the mistake. If character limitations are not adhered to, we reserve the right to adapt the presentation of the item to cater for what you have asked, or we will shorten the message to fit on but keep the same message, for example, by using a heart instead of writing the word love and using initials instead of a name.

We will not be held liable for any personal injury caused by any of our products.

As all pieces are handcrafted and bespoke, they cannot be returned for credit or a refund and we cannot take responsibility for spelling mistakes made by customers. Only faulty items (those that cannot be used for what they have been intended) can be returned (at the cost of the buyer and first or second class recorded for which the tracking details need to be sent to the seller) and will be replaced and despatched within 3-5 working dates of receipt of the faulty item. Please be aware that aluminium is a lightweight material and therefore items may feel lighter than expected.
