About us

Getting everyone baking - Award Winning baking mixes that are guaranteed to be fun, foolproof and provide delicious results.

Hi, I am Katie, a wife and mum of two, based on the glorious South Coast and together with my small team, we have a passion for producing high quality foolproof baking mixes which guarantee delicious results whatever your skill level and most importantly, producing products and offering a service which make our customers smile.

Sustainability is very important to us and as a result we pay particular attention to making our packaging biodegradable or recycleable where possible.

Katie Bakes was established in 2010, after I had the children and quickly realised that it just wasn't an option to return to my former career and although the business has now moved out of home and the team have grown, care, quality, attention to detail and excellent customer service are as important as they were at the start.

We aim to dispatch all orders within a day of receiving them. Orders below 2kg will be send via Royal Mail and orders over 2kg will be dispatched via courier and therefore will need to be signed for or let us know where it can be left, in case you are out.
