Neroli - Neroli is a relaxing and calming ingredient that helps with insomnia, nervous tension and headaches, whilst also helping to ease feelings of depression and anxiety.
Ylang Ylang - Ylang Ylang relaxes and calms the body and mind and it also helps to uplift the spirit. This makes it especially beneficial for symptoms of low mood, anxiety, stress and anger - therefore helping to treat the common symptoms of mood swings during pregnancy.
Menthol - Menthol is a very cooling and refreshing ingredient, making it perfect for pregnancy hot flushes, as well as perfect for refreshing the mind and preventing tiredness.
Grapefruit - Grapefruit contains diuretic properties making it suitable for helping with water retention. Grapefruit is also very refreshing making it perfect as a pick-me-up when you are lacking energy, or to help ease headaches.
