On trend in classic vintage style, this personalised christening memory box oozes character and old world charm. The distressed and aged wood is full of delightful details and has a beautiful depth of finish that appeals so authentically to our love of old "up-cycled" things. This ageing process is lovingly completed by hand, using our own special process.

To complete the beautiful utilitarian look, an aluminium plate stamped with hand punches and featuring your unique message/dedication is located under a cut out in the lid.
This is a substantial box, which is exactly what's needed for a whole childhood full of precious memories!
Variations
The aged aluminium plaque set under a cut-out in the lid is stamped (not engraved) with your personalised message. Please note that stamping can only be done in all capital/ uppercase letters.The box can be personalised with A-Z, 1-9 and simple punctuation, we cannot do # () or symbols

- Sides constructed from 9mm Scandinavian birch faced ply
- Base are 4mm birch ply
- Hinged Lid in 4mm birch ply
- Natural wood box has two brass hinges and one clasp on each box
- White grain box has a horn catch
- Personalised plaque is corrosion-resistant aluminium which has been aged to a soft, matt finish.
- The plaque is not 'perfect' or supposed to be, but is in direct contrast to the vintage wood, so may have dents, marks scratches and imperfections.
- Stamped message (not engraved) has character rather than being machine perfect.
- Plaque is hand stamped creating a utilitarian appearance
- The box is purposefully aged and antiqued so will have imperfections in the wood, splits, holes, scratches, patches (keys) and marks to give it that vintage appearance, each box will be unique!
- Colour of box may vary depending on the batch of wood
- The inside of the box matches the outside, however we do not sand the inside so it may have rough patches. Due to this it can pick up more of the wax in areas giving a patchy look.
