Aromatherapy benefits: Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) in folklore it was used for its ability to renew the spirit and mind with its potent fruity citrus aroma. Today it is used for its energising properties. Peppermint (Mentha piperita) which is cooling due to the Menthol, also enhances alertness and stamina.
Directions: Simply place one RAWE wax melt (or a piece of one) on top of a dry ceramic burner, light your burner, and let your tension melt away.
