If the recipient is not there to sign for a delivery, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address with a contact telephone number to rearrange delivery. Unfortunately there is no recompense for deterioration of products due to non-delivery. Please note that our courier may return a consignment if the recipient is unable to take delivery within 7 days. If the goods are returned for this reason we will need to make an additional delivery charge to re-deliver.

Next Day Delivery - 1-2 working days

Please note: once the order leaves us it is in the hands of the courier. The tracking information you get is the same information that we get so you can just track everything that way.

During peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday, Father's Day and any pandemic we may experience, there may be a slight delay in your order. As a small business, we too use other small businesses for some of our products so they will be up against it. And sometimes ingredients simply aren't available. But rest assured they and us will be busting our bits to get your order made in time. And they aren't made in a giant factory, but by hand and until we get a magic wand we can only go as fast as our mere human hands will allow. If anyone knows of any half human/half octopus people looking for a job then please do let us know. Thanks for bearing with us during these peak times.
