Scarlett Jewellery & Off The Map Jewellery are two brands owned by Scarlett Jewellery which is a limited company, established in 1998.

Orders are dispatched from stock where available. Bespoke pieces must be ordered by contacting the studio workshop directly. Should an item be unavailable for any reason, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.

In exceptional circumstances should we not be able to fulfil an order we have accepted, we will refund your debit/credit card with the full price paid.

Scarlett is not responsible for any customs or import duties when goods are dispatched outside the UK. Please also note Scarlett cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country is permissible so please make sure you check your countries import restrictions before placing your order.

Please double check your address when you place your order and let us know if there's a mistake before 12pm on the day after it was placed - if items are sent to the wrong delivery address due to customer error we cannot be held liable for replacing your order.

If you wish to return your order you can do so without question within 14 days, and we will refund the price of your order excluding any postage charges. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Exceptions to this are personalised (engraved) pieces which are not returnable and pieces made to specific size or custom listings, and earrings for hygiene reasons. We ask that you check your spelling and punctuation on any personalised orders before completing your order as we cannot accept returns or responsibility for customer errors on engraved orders.

Scarlett & Off The Map endeavor to ensure all images are a true representation of the finished product, however there might be slight variations due to print, browser and publishing limitations. Please note images are not always actual size, but measurements are written in all descriptions. Scarlett reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the site as required. Scarlett reserves the right to change prices due to market fluctuations.

In the unlikely event of the goods we deliver not being what you ordered or there being a shortfall in delivery quantity, please notify us by telephone or by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Scarlett will not accept reporting of any errors after this time.

Scarlett does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of Scarlett website, or for any products or services purchased from Scarlett. Scarlett will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

All intellectual property rights in our designs and products are and will remain the property of Scarlett Jewellery Limited. Any infringement of these rights will be taken seriously.
