Produced and manufactured on the family run farm on the outskirts of Edinburgh, this home grown, nutrient packed oil is a truly delicious alternative to turn any omelette, pizza or pasta into something spectacular. Even more smooth than our black truffle oil, our white truffle infused oil has been awarded a 3 star Great Taste Award, the highest possible grading.

Made from

Our cold pressed rapeseed oil derives its unrivalled quality and light, buttery flavour from the way we plant, grow, harvest, dry and press our oilseed rape crop. With half the saturated fat of regular extra virgin olive oil, our oils have 28g of polyunsaturated fat per 100g proving to be a health benefit in reducing bad cholesterol and boosting good cholesterol. Hand bottled at Carrington Barn Farms.
