• The wine is a blend of grapes (Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne) from various vineyards, including from our partners' own vineyard in Cairanne. Julien is the expert winemaker behind this drop who prides himself on being close to the source of all the wines he creates. Tasting notes of ripe stone fruits, vanilla and oak. Contains Sulphites.

Comte 24 months 200g

• The GOAT. Comte is known as the king of cheese and we agree. Nutty, buttery and oh so good.

• Ingredients: unpasteurised cows milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes. Allergens: milk.

Camembert de Normandie 200g

• A gold medal winner at the French Agricultural Awards! Gooey, creamy, savoury goodness. The best camembert in the world if we do say so ourselves.

• Ingredients: unpasteurised cows milk, salt, milk enzymes (MILK), animal rennet. Allergens: milk.

Crottin de Pays 80g

• What an interesting cheese! Not to put anybody off but Crottin in French means ‘dung’ and is called this because of the cheese’s resemblance to horse dung when mature (in appearance, not taste!!). The rind sucks in and ripples into something to behold.

• Ingredients: unpasteurised goat’s milk, lactic ferments, salt, animal rennet. Allergens: milk.

Saucisson Sec Avec Truffle

• Pork, salt, truffle preparation (2%) (truffle, water, salt, flavouring), lactose (milk), dextrose, white pepper, sugar, garlic, black pepper, preservative (potassium nitrate), paprika, nutmeg. Filled into natural pork casings

Genese: Pate De Campagne 130g

• Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, garlic.

Fig Jam:

• Ingredients: fig, sugar, lemon, setting agent: carob seed flour, carrageenan

Thyme infused honey

• Ingredients: honey, thyme

Artisan Chocolate 100g

• Pancracio Chocolate

• Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, milk powder, emulsifier. Allergens: milk, soya.

• Wholemeal Spelt and Sourdough

  • Ingredients: spelt flour, wholemeal spelt flour (49%), buttermilk, corn oil, sea salt, whole milk powder, deactivate rye sourdough (3%), yeast. Allergens: buttermilk, spelt flour

• Cornmeal and Poppyseed

  • Ingredients: wheat flour, cornmeal (25%), buttermilk, corn oil, poppy seeds (3%), sea salt, roasted sesame seeds, yeast, ground black pepper. Allergens: buttermilk, wheat flour, sesame

• Rye and Buttermilk

  • Ingredients: wheat flour, dark rye flour (49%), buttermilk (8%), corn oil, sea salt, whole milk powder, yeast, caraway seeds. Allergens: buttermilk, wheat flour, rye flour, milk
