Delivery info
We advise it can take up to twelve working days for your book to get to you which includes delivery. This is to ensure we have time to personalise and print your book and check it to make sure you have the best quality product. We use Royal Mail First Class delivery which normally takes 2-3 days for UK delivery, 7 working days for European delivery and up to two weeks for rest of world. Unfortunately we cannot track parcels.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
