2goodguys "Rub Me Tender" Sticky Saddles BBQ Rub delivers satisfaction on bbq steak, ribs, pulled pork and belly burnt ends.Sticky Saddles is the South-West UK's take on that USA classic Texas Sugar rub. Sweetly caramelises with sugar and honey powder but hey, nicely sweet. We use traditional ground cumin and flavour-pops of cumin seeds to elevate and enhance that sweetness. Did you know cumin is great with orange, soft cheese, mango and pineapple (not all together LOL)? To that we've added our favourite fennel seed, ground and delicately green. Black pepper gives gutsy warmth and we've used Turkish Pul Biber mild red pepper flakes for smooth, silky heat. Together it's irresistible for steak, pulled pork, ribs and burnt ends.

We've elevated the famous sweet steak rub from the South-Western USA with our own little touches and made it superbly delicious for pulled pork, ribs and burnt ends too. We use sugar blended with honey powder for a rub with a unique sweetness but not overly sweet. Sugar and honey deliver exceptional caramelisation of the aromatics. We've taken the usual cumin notes and enhanced them with additional cumin seed and our favourite fennel powder that's aniseedy and a perfect partner to pork. Black pepper provides punchy warmth and we've teamed it with Turkish Pul Biber warm red pepper flakes incredibly flavoursome and smooth
Dry-rub for steak, ribs, pulled pork and belly burnt ends. Use generously and work in really well if you're dry-rubbing. To make a coating to brush on or massage into the meat mix Sticky Saddles with olive or vegetable oil and fruit juice - orange juice is really great here or pressed mango/passionfruit juice. Save some for brushing onto the meat as you cook
