FY20 was a year in which we welcomed a new CEO, focused investment on our platform and technology, welcomed new small business Partners to our marketplace - and continued helping the UK's creative small business community to grow. During this time, we identified exciting new opportunities to begin growing our product and category ranges to help consumers find original products for themselves, their homes and their gardens; setting out on our mission to deliver this in the later stage of the FY20 financial year. 

Of course, it was a year that ended as no-one could have predicted - with the last weeks of March 2020 seeing us shift to remote working as the world braced for the unknown of the global pandemic. In our FY20 annual report, we look back on what we achieved pre-pandemic - and provide some commentary on the foundations laid that have since enabled us to help keep small businesses & consumers, and friends & loved ones connected during one of the most challenging years many have experienced.
