Can I still place orders with notonthehighstreet?

Absolutely. Our Partners have never needed your support more than now, so every order will make a huge difference.

As a curated online marketplace we are working closely with our 5,000 Partners to give you uninterrupted access to the UK’s best small creative businesses so that you can continue to be your most thoughtful selves. Our Customer Services team is also on hand to help with anything you might need.

How will you protect customers, Partners and your team at this time?

Our people are our number one asset so the health and safety of our Partners, customers and team is our number one priority. We are actively monitoring the fast-moving changes in the UK and worldwide, and are working closely with all our Partners to:

  • Provide them with clear steer to help prevent the spread of infection, in accordance with the preventative guidance from Public Health England
  • Help them to understand the various measures announced by the Government to support small businesses

Also we’re all working from home and our customers will continue to be provided with the very best customer care.

What is notonthehighstreet doing to ensure that Coronavirus is not spread via the product your Partners are selling?

There is no evidence at this current time to show that the Coronavirus can be spread via products.

We are working closely with our Partners to provide clear guidance to help prevent the spread of infection and will inform Partners of any changes on best practice.

Is it safe to receive packages from your Partners?

Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. We will continue to closely monitor all government and Public Health England advice on this matter and will immediately inform our Partners and customers of any changes.

Will my package still be delivered in time?

Our small businesses and the delivery companies they work with, such as Royal Mail, are doing all they can to meet every delivery date.

We are working with our Partners to ensure delivery details (such as the delivery address) are correct at the time of dispatching your order but there may be some instances of late order arrivals due to circumstances outside of our Partners’ control.

We ask for your understanding and patience at this unprecedented time - and know that by doing so you are truly supporting a small creative business.
