HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose the print size and format: framed, digital canvas, or print.

2.Upload your photo(s) one at a time via the order enquiry after placing your order.

Main photo: A clear photo as your primary reference for the artwork

Personalization details: Any text (quotes, names), font choices, or additional photos. Please indicate the main photo for reference.

3. Review Your Draft: A preview of your artwork will be sent within one day of receiving your photos.

4. Make Revisions & Confirm: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your portrait is exactly as you want it. Reply to the preview email with any changes, and once you’re satisfied, we will proceed with your order.

Physical Items: Dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation.

Digital orders: Delivered via email with a preview/download Google Drive link.

For Canvas and large prints (A1, 20x30", 30x40"), delivery could take 1-3 working days extra.
