These Summer Sprouting Broccoli plants will bear deep-purple spears between the months of July and October. Aside from their beautiful colouring and lovely flavour, each broccoli is filled with nutrients, and will therefore aid a healthy diet.
- NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: Purple sprouting broccoli is packed with vitamin C and is a good source of iron, calcium, fibre, vitamin A and B. We recommend boiling, steaming or adding purple sprouting broccoli into stir fry's.
- PLANT CARE: Grows best in well cultivated, fertile soil in full sun in a sheltered site that isn't too windy. Extremely hardy variety that is easy to grow!
