- PLANT CARE: When growing giant jalapenos ensure that at least ine to two inches of soil is dry before watering. In general, this variety of chilli isn't hard to grow but does require lots of watering during hot, dry periodsand is more beneficial to avoid getting water on the fruits so a drip irrigation is recommended.
