This is a beautiful memento of a fifth wedding anniversary and is part of our anniversary gift heart collection. The fifth anniversary is traditionally celebrated with a wooden gift so what better present than a hand crafted wooden heart formed by smaller wooden hearts.

The small heart shapes are designed and cut in our studio in Liverpool before being grouped and shaped together, the personalised details and message are added and finally the set is mounted and framed.
