We always use the finest possible ingredients and whenever we can we always try to source British seasonal produce. We supply traditional Cornish clotted cream, and our jams are made in Essex. We use high quality Scottish salmon, we handmake all our sandwiches, cakes & fillings in Berkshire. Our eggs are laid at Beechwood Farm, less than 8 miles from our main kitchen. Typically, we advise for best quality eat on the day of delivery, but you can enjoy the next day! We recommend warming the scones in the oven at 180°c for 5-7 mins for an even tastier experience or simply pop in the Microwave 800w) for 30 seconds.
