This stunning solitaire necklace has been handcrafted in our small workshop on the Orkney Islands using solid 9ct gold and a sparkling moonstone gemstone. The pendant measures 6mm across and encases a 5mm moonstone in its polished gold bezel setting.
Rainbow Moonstone is a fascinating gemstone, it’s natural inclusions create a shimmer and glitter as the colours within the stone dance. Folklore speaks of the moonstone having been created by moonbeams due to its white and blue flashes. It is the birthstone of June and the solitaire pendant would make a lovely gift to mark a special June birthday.
Made in our island workshop on Orkney, off the north coast of Scotland. Each order arrives beautifully packaged, with information about where the piece was crafted and how to care for your jewellery.
We're doing all we can to cut single use plastics and to reduce waste in our packaging. Orders are sent in branded navy recyclable cardboard boxes with organic cotton pouches. The pouches can be kept and are a great way to store your jewellery long term.
