Limited edition signed print of an original vinyl collage artwork using iconic vintage imagery and ephemera - LP is actual size
Pennie Smith’s iconic photo of Paul Simonon smashing his guitar at a New York gig in 1979 is given a London-centric theme, echoing the album title. The Thames follows the line of the musicians’ stance, with the map lacing its way out over the cover. Pertinent London landmarks are strategically positioned and a bygone age of Londoners, queuing and calling, are juxtaposed in this print. Ideal gift for dads, men and music lovers with a nostalgia for vinyl. All original works are made from recycled materials and giclée prints are then locally produced and printed to Fine Art Trade Guild standards. Each print is limited to a run of 50 making this an exclusive edition and highly collectable. The print will arrive in a sturdy branded postal tube.
Please note that the frame is not included.
Made from
High quality giclée print, which needs to be handled with care and framed with an acid-free mount. Best suited to a simple black frame to complement the black vinyl.
Dimensions
Maximum paper size is H 50cm W 72cm, to allow for embellishments that extend beyond the LP cover. The LP cover and vinyl are printed at actual 12” size.
