TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE Once you have put the order through and payment has been made, please follow these steps- Go to ‘my orders’- Submit an order enquiry- Attach the image to this enquiry and send (this can be done directly from a phone or computer)- If you have any issues with uploading please get in touch as soon as possible- Once the photo has been uploaded, your order will be accepted and you will receive confirmation that your order has been accepted.
Note: any delay in uploading your image will mean a delay to the expected delivery date.

SIZE- All photographs must be square. We recommend that you crop your images to a square before uploading them. If you submit a rectangular image, ALPHS are happy to crop images for you but please note we do not offer a proof for this product. We will only be in contact if the cropped image means that a face will be cropped out.
PHOTO CONTENT- We can print any image. The best images are bold, high quality and not too dark.- We recommend that the image is not too busy, one to three faces work best.
