"With a resistance against increasing use of technology I wanted to create art pieces that not only celebrate nature but also come from naturals resources. Having been brought up in Bristol and with parents from the hippy generation I have been inspired by the Flower Power movement and Banksy and in particular his artwork "Love Is in The Air" (Flower Thrower) design which replicates a bunch of flowers in a symbolic appeal for peace to replace violence."
"At one time during my life I have felt the metaphor of being like a bunch of flowers in a shattered vase. I also have memories of dancing at parties in fields and Festivals with a metaphor of being a Wildflower - A free spirit, growing wild and free in a world plagued by conformity.
