Please kindly note that standard / free delivery times are estimated. All standard orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For', and require a signature upon delivery. Packages may occasionally be subject to unforeseen delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions or unusually high volumes of mail, etc.

Express services, including 'Express Next Day 1pm' / 'Two Day Express Delivery' / 'Saturday Delivery' (where available) are delivery date guaranteed, and sent via Royal Mail's guaranteed services.

All International orders are sent via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service, which is a 'priority' (but not guaranteed) service, and will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that all Artique Boutique packages require a signature upon delivery, and if there is no one available to sign for it, the package will be returned to the Post Office Depot which may result in delays to the delivery date.

Returns
