These cards are supplied with envelopes but not sealed so you can discuss, plan and make sure you don't duplicate any ideas. Plus 12 of our self care ideas, monthly suggestions for Dad to relax and make time for himself. These include; 'watch sunrise or sunset', 'read a book', 'have a clear out' and 'lunch date with a friend'. Where relevant there are examples of activities and ideas as to how the card could be interpreted.

The pre-written cards are best suited for older families, they can be interpreted to suit teenage kids but are not aimed at children under 5.
