In the box are 12 sealed envelopes, inside are ideas for a monthly activity to inspire some me time. There are an additional 12 blank cards with envelopes of a different colour, these are to be filled in by the teacher as everyone relaxes in a different way.
Finally are a dozen strength cards, these feature a simple activity, a quote and a song choice, these are not sealed away and are designed to be looked at as and when needed most.
Variations
Add the recipients name, a colour and choose a message to go below (optional).
Choose from a heart design (printed in black to look subtle on the box) or just text.
The name, and colour of print will also be put on the reverse of some cards (some cards are already double sided).
