All of our chocolate treats are handmade in West Yorkshire from the finest quality fairtrade Belgian chocolate.
Allergies: Our milk and white chocolate items contain dairy and any of our items, as they are made in a home environment, may contain traces of wheat, soya and nuts.
Best before: All items will have a minimum of 4 weeks (usually much longer) until their best before date which will be clearly marked on the packaging.
Storage: Please store our items in a fairly cool, dark place. They do NOT need to be refrigerated – this may cause the chocolate to bloom and produce unsightly white marks on the surface of the chocolate (though it would still be perfectly fine to eat).
Ingredients (Allergens in Bold):
Milk chocolate (33.6% min cocoa solids): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla flavour. Fair Trade Certified FLO ID 1441
White chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsified (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring. Fairtrade certified W2NVFAIR-554
Raspberry Marshmallow Filling: Sugar, raspberry puree, glucose, dextrose, beef gelatin, freeze dried raspberry powder, lemon juice
Each chocolate is irregularly shaped and a maximum of 5cm wide and approximately 25g in weight (making the total weight of the product around 200g). We know the measurements because we made the moulds, but our weights will vary slightly because they are made with our own experienced, if imprecise, hands.
