Shake 'em! A quirky screen print combining colour, typography and highland dancing.
This 19th century illustration of some pretty freaky dancin’ brought to mind the quote from Dirty Dancing: “Oh, come on ladies. God wouldn’t have given you maracas if he didn’t want you to shake ’em!”. The illustration is printed in blue onto pink paper, overprinted with ‘Shake ‘Em’ in gold and white. A limited edition of 12, signed and numbered in pencil.

Paper is 45x32cm. This print fits a standard Ikea 40x50cm frame with a mount as shown, or you can easily trim it to fit an A3 frame (not included).

This artwork is hand printed by Beanwave in Northamptonshire using water based inks on 100% recycled 270gsm Colorset Pink Ice paper. Supplied rolled in a recycled cardboard tube (frame not included).
