Tasting Notes
An IPA style beer but made to be a more session-able strength giving you the chance to get your hop hit over a longer stay at the pub. Fermented with a neutral yeast to allow the hops to shine we’ve used comet and galaxy hops for big soft fruit aroma – think peach and apricots. With a pleasing bitter bite & relatively dry finish this beer is our go to pint at the end of the day. With a moderate ABV, it allows dads to savour the rich flavours without overwhelming their senses.
