Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 5cl (20% ABV): Freshly cut rhubarb is spiked with warming ginger and infused with classic Edinburgh Gin. Steeped for four weeks, the result is a sweet, spicy, and perfectly balanced liqueur with a rich, smooth finish and a touch of warmth.
