Calluna Tarragon + Basil Brut. A herbaceous and aromatic blend of wild heather honey with tarragon, thai basil and zesty cascade hops. Delicious with cheese, salads and roast chicken.
Pomona Ginger + Cardamom Brut. A subtly spiced, gently fiery blend of apple blossom honey with cardamom, ginger and bitter orange peel. Perfect with strong cheeses, spicy dishes and the Sunday roast.
Fiora Wild Raspberry Rose. An elegant, delicately floral blend of English meadow borage honey with wild raspberry and rose petals. Great with fish, salads and light cheeses.
Origo Original Brut. A crisp and fresh blend of floral spring wildflower honey with cascade, zesty citra and aromatic ekuanot hops. Perfect with seafood, al fresco lunches and canapés.
