All our School of icing classes teach you the techniques we use in the Grand Icing Hall at the Ministry of Biscuits. You’ll master the skills needed to create some of our iconic biscuit designs, including line and flood icing, piping and feathering. View our scheduled classes below or book in for a private session, where you can choose your own theme and create your very own masterpiece to take home. Our expert icers are there to guide you through every step of the way.
