Delivery & Returns

Delivery info

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. If your item meets with our returns criteria we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for your purchase to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of receipt
  • The item is returned in the original packaging
  • The item is unused and not damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
