Coffee from two continents is gently roasted in small batches in our magical Welsh mountain barn to provide our award-winning espresso blend. Brazilian beans are sourced from a family farm, noted for its competition-winning espressos, whilst the Rwandan Mwasa station - a co-operative of 600 small farmers - provides beans that add favoured dark cherry and chocolate flavours.
