Our sizzling hot stone cooking is our newest style. Its super sleek board makes it a great option for serving with sides, sauces and dips. Ideal for starters, entrees and mains. The rock is large & chunky enough for a 10oz/12oz (300+gram) ribeye or rump steak.
Once heated to temperature the heat is sufficent in the hot rock for each guest to have their own steak stone cooking set, it allows them to cook their meal to perfection! Simply Sizzle & Serve! Meals can be enjoyed indoors or out.
A wide range of meals and recipes can be cooked on the Black Rock Grill Hot rock, don't limit yourself to just steaks! Hot stone Cooking & stone grilling is a very healthy way of dining as no fat or oil is used in the cooking process.

Heat the stone: On the gas/electric stove or hob, Under the grill, In the oven (oven must heat to minimum 280-350°C / 550-660°F), On the BBQ. Instructions Provided.
Commercial Restaurants we strongly recommend our professional systems as these provide the simplest, most compact way of heating large numbers of black rocks at a time. Our Ovens are built for purpose and heat the rocks to the recommended temperature of 440c / 824f.
