Delivery info
As a small team, we're all on hands on deck making products and packing orders, so kindly double check your order details, delivery address and the estimated delivery date before placing your order. We regret that we're not able to deliver any faster than advertised, and submitting requests after placing your order to change any details could result in significant delays or having your order request declined so that you can place the order again with the correct information.
Once dispatched, your tracking will be linked to your order. Please click on the link to track your order, reschedule a delivery, and/or specify a Safe Place for the postie to leave your parcel in case you're not home to receive the delivery.If sending directly to someone else, please inform them so that they can prepare, too - otherwise, the parcel may be delayed or returned to sender.Please keep an eye on the tracking, as you will have 10 working days to reschedule a delivery. Unclaimed parcels are returned to sender after 10 working days. Please let us know right away if you do not receive your item or a card by the expected delivery date so that we can help arrange a free re-delivery, if need be, through Royal Mail.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
