Mint: Sow indoors March-May. Sow outdoors: May-June. Harvest: April-November. Please note, mint can spread easily therefore I would recommend growing it in individual pots.
Basil: Sow indoors all year round. Sow outdoors May-June. Harvest all year round
Thyme: Sow indoors February-May. Harvest March-November.
