British Cassis

British Cassis is produced on Jo's Herefordshire farm using only the finest British blackcurrants to create a modern twist on the classic French cocktail base Crème de Cassis.

The award winning original has now been added to with a whole range of flavours: strawberry, raspberry, cherry, pear and blackberry. Each of these fruit mixers contains pressed fruit juice, a little champagne yeast and just the right amount of British sugar to sweeten. The result is a fresh and luxurious taste that lets the fruits sing! This delicious range of British fruit mixers make a great foodie gift or treat.

They are the perfect complement to white wine, champagne and Prosecco, and can be used in long drinks and cocktails with spirits such as vodka, gin and rum. They also work brilliantly poured over ice-cream, incorporated into baking and even added to savoury sauces.
