Remove from fridge 30 minutes before you wish to eat.
Our ice packs are fully reusable, just freeze and reuse, great for the warmer days when you want to keep food cool whilst out for the day. Alternatively, once defrosted cut open the pack and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain. Rinsing with hot tap water will help dissolve the gel faster. The plastic outer can be recycled according to your local recycling regulations.
