Inside each box you'll find a selection of Cheese and Chutney including a Blacksticks Blue, Trotter Hill, Tunworth, Ravens Oak, Kidderton Ash, Hawkshead Relish Cheeseboard Chutney along with two packs of Fine Cheese Co. Virgin Olive Oil & Sea Salt crackers to eat them with.
How to recycle your packaging
Blacksticks Original: Foil – recycle at home
Kidderton Ash Paper wrap and paper labels – recycle at home
Ravens Oak: Paper wrap and paper labels – recycle at home
Tunworth & Trotter Hill: The cheese wrap should be recycled with plastic bags in supermarkets. Whilst you're there, you can also take other flexible plastic like bread bags, cereal bags, and toilet roll bags!

All of our cheese pair great with Hawkshead Relish Cheeseboard Chutney and Peters Yard Seeded Flatbreads that are included in your box, however if you'd like to try them on their own why not try the below pairings for a truly show-stopping experience each time.
Trotter Hill: A great melting cheese due to it's open texture. Great for toasties, Welsh rarebit, or pizza.
Blacksticks Original: Fruitcake, ginger biscuits, fresh figs & pears, charcoal crackers.
Kidderton Ash: Red onion chutney. Perfect with sourdough sandwiches.
Tunworth: Italian antipasto meats. Pair with crisp white wine or sweet apple cider.
Ravens Oak: Bake and top with caramelised red onion chutney. Serve with freshly cooked bread.

Once recieved we reccommend to put your letterbox gift in the fridge.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes before you wish to eat.
Our ice packs are fully reusable, just freeze and reuse, great for the warmer days when you want to keep food cool whilst out for the day. Alternatively, once defrosted cut open the pack and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain. Rinsing with hot tap water will help dissolve the gel faster. The plastic outer can be recycled according to your local recycling regulations.
