Although each letter freestands, with the exception of F, J & P which need a little help, the tickness of the boucle can make them a little unsteady so they may need a littl something to lean against.They look wonderful on a shelf as a single initial, sibling or couples initials, joined with an "&'.

They have a hard backn which means they can be wall hung so you can add an initial above a bed or create a whole name or fun word such as "PLAY' or "READ'. This makes a really impressive feature to a wall. The backs of the letters are covered in a plain cotton fabric
