By taking advantage of this 'Spend £50, Save £50 in 2026 ’ promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is only valid on orders made on Not on the High Street’s website (www.notonthehighstreet.com) from 6:00am GMT on November 7, 2025 until 11:59pm GMT on December 31, 2025. 

In order to qualify for the Promotion, you must:

(i) be 18 years or over;

(ii) place one order on Not On The High Street’s website between November 7, 2025 and December 31, 2025, at a total value of £50 or more; and

(iii) have a registered account with Not On The High Street and be logged into your account on Not On The High Street’s website when making the orders described in

(ii); and (iv) be opted into email marketing at the time that we send the Promotion to your email address

If you qualify for the Promotion you will be sent 5 promotional codes throughout 2026 (during January, February, March & May) which will amount to £50 worth of savings. You will receive the promotional codes via email and each promotional code will have their own set of terms and conditions outlining the exact valid to and from dates. 

The promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotional code in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers. The promotional codes cannot be used on the individual websites of any of our partner sellers at Not On The High Street. This Promotion is limited to a single purchase (one use per customer).

Any refund you may be entitled to receive in connection with the Promotion will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price.

Not On The High Street reserves the right to cancel, change or extend the Promotion at any time. This Promotion and your order remain subject to our standard Customer Terms and Conditions, and our standard Returns and Refunds available to view via www.notonthehighstreet.com/about/shopper-terms. Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.notonthehighstreet.com/about/privacy. By providing any such personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including without limitation the discount) without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
