The finest Caribbean rum with a Cornish twist! Lovingly made on a family farm in Cape Cornwall, steeped in smuggling folklore!

In 1925, Harvey’s great great grandfather was surprised to discover bottles of alcohol mysteriously built into the walls of his farm cottage.

Inspired by this discovery and a love for Caribbean rum we decided to take that inspiration and produce Cape Cornwall Rum in the very building on the farm that was used to avoid those taxes! We use the finest Cornish water in all our products with our Spiced Rum mixed with some of the finest Cornish spices plus a secret ingredient or two!

Legend has it that to avoid high government taxes, rum and other goods were often smuggled into Cape Cornwall by boat and stored in a building known as “the Wink”. We now use that very same building to lovingly age, mix, spice and bottle our specialist rums.

Bollowal Farm has been in Harvey's family for generations and we are finding further evidence of the areas rich and somewhat mysterious history with smugglers and the like!
