Simply enter your special date in the appropriate box when ordering and you will receive a necklace with the phase of the moon as it appeared on that date. The date you give can be any date, past or future, making this a wonderful and unique present for any occasion.
If you already know the moon phase you would like, leave the date field blank and select that phase from the drop-down.

Your charm will arrive with a small card that shows the special date you chose and the moon phase that appeared on that date. If you choose a moon phase rather than providing a special date you will receive a blank card which you can fill in should you wish to.
