Charley Chau Burrow Bags have a removable outer cover and both the cover and lightweight inner* are machine washable. The cover is 100% polyester and lined with a cosy faux-fur fleece knitted with 100% acryllic pile; the lightweight pad has a polycotton outer and is filled with a polyester wadding). The optional Waterproof Mattress Liners are made with a lightweight PU-backed Nylon and are also machine washable.
* Please note that Large size mattresses should be washed in a large capacity machine. Waterproof Mattress Liners reduce the need to wash the mattress and are especially recommended for the Large size beds.

Please allow slightly more room in a Burrow Bag than other styles of dog beds to ensure that there is enough space inside the pocket for your dog. As a guide ... the Small size is usually good for dogs such as Chihuahuas and small Miniature Dachshunds; the Medium size is usually good for French Bulldogs, Beagles, Italian Greyhounds, Pugs and Jack Russell Terriers; the Large size is usually good for Whippets, Hungarian Vizslas and Working Cocker Spaniels.
