Some tips to get max warming:Pre warm the bottle just prior to use with boiling water. Attach lid and let stand for 10 minutes, then emptyAfter pre warming, fill your bottle, and replace lid for maximum insulation efficiencyKeep lid in place as much as possible to keep your beverage warmWARNING: Always exercise caution with hot beverages to avoid burns and scalds.
