We don't out-source any of our production or framing so we can deliver really fast! A proof will be emailed to you to approve before your art is printed if you select this option. We no not charge for changes. Each time you request a change, you will be emailed a new proof to check, free of charge.

These could be pictures from their wedding day, the births of their children, their beloved pets over the years, their precious grandchildren, houses, holidays shared to name a few...
You are welcome to add a short line of text or their names at the top, for example "Phil & Tess", followed by a line of text across the middle, for example "Silver Wedding Anniversary 2015", and finally a short line of text along the bottom for example "25 amazing years".
Once we receive your order, we will get in touch with you promply to ask for your photographs and your 3 lines of text through your "order enquiry". Once you have ordered, we will send you a diagram so you can choose where you would like each picture placed as some of the picture boxes on the design are bigger than others. That way, you get to choose which pictures you would like bigger and which can be smaller.
You can either email us your photos after your order has been placed via an 'order enquiry' or you can post us your photos 'Recorded Delivery' and we will scan them for you free of charge.
If you would like us to scan them, please post them to us recorded delivery (we will provide the address once you have placed your order), enclosing a self addressed, pre-paid special delivery Royal Mail bag which is available form your local post office. We will scan your photo's and send them back to you in your pre-paid envelope. If you do not provide a Pre-Paid return envelope we will not be able to return the originals to you. Please note: we cannot accept liability for photos that are lost in the post as this is beyond our control.
A proof will be sent to you to approve before your art is printed if you select this option. Proofs will need to be approved within 24 hours to keep to the advertised delivery times.
